Saturday, February 20, 2010 DUBAI: Allrounder Abdul Razzaq’s spectacular batting display helped Pakistan to win the second Twenty20 International by four wickets against England here the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Saturday. He hammered an unbeaten 46 from just 18 balls with five towering sixes after Pakistan were reeling at 78 for five in 13 overs.
