Her two sons, Sean Preston, seven and Jayden James, four are currently under the custody of her dancer ex-husband, Kevin Ferderline. The 28 year old singer now believes that it is her husband, who is in dire need of help and would be a bad role model for her two sons and therefore, wishes to take over custody of her children. She is on a damage control mode ever since her downward spiral after the birth of her second child. Trouble started brewing when Spears started being known in the media as the bad girl of show business, after she was caught in a series of embarrassing situations by the press.
