Tuesday, July 28, 2009,QUETTA: Participation of two Pakistan players in the World Junior Canoeng Championship has become doubtful due to non-availability of funds.
This was told to Geo News by chairman Balochistan Canoeng Association Abdul Rahim Babai in Quetta.
He told that the World Junior Canoeng Championship is being held in Russian capital Moscow from July 28 to August 2.
Pakistan is being represented by canoeists from Balochistan Mohammad Abubakar Durrani and Mohammad Shoaib Khilji.
He said that funds for participating in the championship have not been released by the government due to which players participation has become doubtful.
