Make em' fall in love!

r that incredible hunk at your workplace, don't fret, here's the magic formula that can make em' fall in love with you almost instantly...
Yes! Believe it or not, you can actually make him/her go head over heels for you even if it seems impossible initially; all you need to do is just follow these simple tips...
Don't try too hard

The first question you need to ask yourself is – 'Are you giving your prospective partner undue importance'? If yes, you may actually be scaring him away!

"I was madly in love with a guy from my office. I always used to call him up, even if he didn't respond and try to make him feel special. However, I soon got to know he deliberately wasn't answering my calls as he thought I was irritating. I was very disheartened and stopped touching base with him. After 2-3 months, he called me on his own and asked me if I wanted to go out with him on a date. I was thrilled and have been dating him since then," confesses Richa Agarwal.

Hit Formula: While you may think you're putting in all your efforts to grab a guy's attention, there's a strong chance that you are going overboard with your feelings. What you need to do is stop chasing him/her – even if it requires ignoring them for a short while. Ignoring the person you like may actually make him curious and help you catch his eye. Let them chase you! Don't rush into things. Don't do things merely to please him. If he wants to get closer and you're not yet ready for it, just tell him frankly about your state of mind. If he's a decent guy he will respect you and wait patiently until you are willing to take things further.

Play hard-to-get!

"I think it's important to let your partner know that you are just as busy as him. Otherwise, he might begin to take you for granted. At times, I avoid taking my boyfriend's call so that he knows that I have other priorities in my life. This way I ensure that he doesn't dominate me in any way," adds Ruchika, a call centre employee.

Hit Formula: If he asks you out, you may want to jump and say 'yes' right away and that's exactly what he's expecting. Don't make him/her feel that you are always 'readily available'. The best way to make the opposite party realise you are equally busy is to politely say, 'Not today, I already have plans, may be some other time.' Let him believe that you have other admirers as well. So, the best way to keep your partner glued to you is to be a mystery. Be unpredictable. Give him answers that he might never have expected. Always keep him wondering about your next move...whether it is during an intimate moment or on an SMS! The day he thinks he knows everything about you, he will get bored.

Don't let them hold your happiness

Don't ever make your partner feel that he/she can easily hurt you. "I broke up with my ex, probably because I pampered him too much. I kept telling him how much I missed him and how much it would affect me if we broke up. He knew that I couldn't do without him and took advantage of the same. I thought I could never get over the pain, but I did," holds Somya Pathak who is now happily married.

Hit Formula: Though it's important to make them feel that their love is important, but it is not all that you have in your life. After all, nobody is indispensable! Hold the key to your personal happiness in your own hands, don't let him/her rule your heart or mind or control your emotions. Rediscover the key to your happiness, indulge in activities you enjoy the most even if doesn't involve your partner. So, whether he cancels a much awaited date or says no to sex, don't let these petty issues turn you off. Just let him know that you don't 'always' need him to make you smile. Spend more time with your family and catch up with old friends, for they are the ones you may have been ignoring off late.
